Coláiste Muire is ran by a Board of Management. The board has a three year term of office.
Nominations for the two parent representatives on the Board are sought every three years.
The Board of Management consists of four nominees elected by the trustees of the school, two nominees elected by the teachers in the school and two nominees elected by the parents.
